Newcastle Council Survey's

Newcastle City Council have two live surveys at present in relation to sport coaching sessions and physical activity opportunities in the city and they are keen to;

- Obtain feedback from participants on whether coaches/leaders have an impact on the enjoyment of a session

There are four questions linked to what participants like /dislike about the leader and coaches that deliver sessions they attend

It also asks about what participants would do differently if they were to run the sessions

The explanation on the first page of the survey advises that Newcastle City Council are working with a range of partners to gain feedback across many sports so answers are relevant  to any sessions in Newcastle not just Active Newcastle delivered sessions

There is no ability to track anyone’s details who completes the survey although there is an option to  leave a contact email if you want to be part of the prize draw for winning some INTU vouchers for completing the survey

- To understand the potential of providing activities for parents/guardians to participate in, on the same site and at the same time as their children’s activities to allow parents/guardians to focus on their own activity while their children are supervised and taking part in their own classes.

Newcastle  City Council are keen to find out from as many providers or communities as possible, if this offer is something that has been tried, tested, failed, successful etc
